Industrial vision systems and image analysis

Solutions for the control, inspection and automatic analysis of images in industrial processes.

What we do

Industrial vision systems are key tools for production process control, product quality and advanced automation. Compolab designs and integrates tailor-made vision systems capable of acquiring, analysing and interpreting images in a reliable, repeatable and robust manner, even in complex industrial settings. We intervene when human inspection is not sufficient or repeatable, when objective and continuous measurements are required, or when it is necessary to automate decisions based on images, patterns or visual product features. Our approach combines optics, lighting, acquisition, processing algorithms and software integration, transforming raw images into information useful to the production process. Artificial intelligence is introduced when it delivers a real advantage in terms of robustness, adaptability or accuracy.

How we work

We approach industrial vision projects with a structured method, focused on reliability and integration with existing systems.
