The personal data relating to your company that is requested or acquired prior to the establishment of the
contractual relationships with our company, as well as the data collected over the course of those relationships,
will be processed exclusively for commercial and accounting purposes.
The "Data Controller" is: COMPOLAB S.r.l.
Place of Data Processing
The data indicated above will be stored and processed within the company and disclosed externally solely
in fulfilment of obligations laid down by law, regulation, or EU directives. Providing the data is necessary
for the conclusion and management of the contract and the resulting commercial and accounting relationships.
Processing takes place at the premises and on the servers of COMPOLAB S.r.l. In the event of data transfers,
the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission are adopted and complied with between operators.
Types of Data Processed
The email addresses you provide will be used by our company to send advertising material – which may also,
where applicable, take place by fax – relating to services similar to or additional to those covered by the
current commercial relationship.
Optional Nature of Data Provision
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, users are free to provide the personal data entered in the forms,
in order to request informational material or other communications. Failure to provide such data makes it impossible to proceed.
Processing Methods
Personal data is processed using electronic tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes
for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use,
and unauthorized access.
Rights of Data Subjects
The data subject may exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, as amended,
and by EU Regulation 679/2016. In particular, the data subject has the right:

- the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
- confirmation that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed, except where this is impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected.

- on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;

The data subject is also entitled to all the rights set out in arts. 16-21 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), namely:
the right to rectification, the right to erasure,
the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability,
the right to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
